One of our precious rescued Golden Retrievers lost his fight with Cancer this morning.  Alex was the sweetest dog you would ever want to meet.  The only thing he ever asked for was to be loved.  The Pumpkin Patch won’t be the same with out you Alex.  You will always be remembered.  xoxoxoxoxxo

Snowflake

Snowflake is one of our wonderful BEW does.  She gives birth to the most beautiful healthy bunnies, that have Angelic personalities.  We love our Snowflake!!!  Snowflake currently has three babies AVAILABLE!!!!!!

About a year and a half years old, litter box trained!  Loves to snuggle with a towel!  She is AVAILALBE  Update Feb. 15  I found a home!!!!  I am going to live with Chris and her husband, and I will have their grandaughter to play with!!!!!!

Meet our precious three little pumpkins that joined the patch two and a half weeks ago.  They are pure BEWs, and are available!  They are loved and held everyday.  They are little Angels!  Feb. 15  There are no available bunnies left, but we expect new litters this week!

We have generally have eggs available from our free range chickens.  They are treated like pets, and unlike factory farms, they are very happy and healthy!  They are also very relaxed as I am a vegetarian, so they have no worries!  We have a large variety of chickens and have eggs of all colors, including, blue, green and brown.  Let us know if you would like to stop by for some!  $1.00 per half dozen

We have 1 solid black Holland Doe available as a pet only.  She is about 1 year old, and has been an indoor pet.  GREAT family rabbit.  She is GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found a home!!!!!!!

We had three nice healthy chuncky little BEW’s born early this morning.  Mom and babies are doing GREAT!!!!!!

Three will go VERY quickly so if you are interested in a bunny please contact me ASAP.

1/19/10   The BEW babies are doing GREAT!!!!!  One already has a home, that leaves only two!  They are cute as little buttons!

#### This is not one of the dogs needing foster care, but it is one of my own Cocker Spaniels.  Cocker Spaniels are great dogs!!!!I am taking two senior Cocker Spaniels into rescue as their human mom at 92 is going into an assisted living situation.  It is very sad.  She has loved these two their whole lives.

UPDATE 1/19/10

The dogs arrived at the farm on Friday.  Unfortuantly they were in far worse shape than I expected.  They are unable to go into foster care or be adopted, as they both need hospice care.  Poor babies, very sad!

They are housebroken, sweet, well-behaved and crate trained.  I will provide food for anyone willing to foster.  They are up to date on everything.

A forever home would be so great, so they have a place to hang their hats for the final time.  Please contact me if you can help.

Everyone at the Pumpkin Patch wishes you a happy and healthy holiday season!!!!!!!  We have been working very hard on rescue, and taken in many hospice animals.  I know my correspondence and posts have suffered.  I will try very hard to keep the site more updated.

I have met so many people through the Pumpkin Patch that have touched my life, and opened their hearts to bunnies, chinchillas, and more.
